Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard Cancellation Fees:
- Up to 7 days before check-in: No cancellation fee, full refund.
- 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Less than 3 days before check-in: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
No Show Policy:
If you do not check-in on the arrival date without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
Early Departure:
In case of early departure, no refund will be given for the remaining nights booked.
Special Events or Peak Season:
During special events, festivals, or peak season (specific dates to be announced annually), the following may apply:
- Cancellations more than 30 days before check-in: 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 30 days before check-in: 100% cancellation fee.
No Refund During Peak Season:
Bookings made during peak tourist seasons, including major holidays, festivals, and long weekends, are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation or early departure.
Refund Process:
All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment. It may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
Exceptions:
Exceptions might be made for extraordinary circumstances like natural disasters, personal emergencies, or national emergencies. Please contact us for such cases.
Non-refundable Rates:
Please note that non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
